"Riding Waves for Positive Changes"

Our goal is to amplify positive vibes & promote shopping locally while leading with a community over competition positive mentality.

At Local markets, the money you spend with farmers, growers, artists, makers and local charities stays in your LOCAL community. For every $100 spent at local markets, $68 of those dollars stay in and strengthen our community. That is just one positive change we are contributing to by advocating for shopping locally and providing more local market opportunities, including the Sunday Market on Palafox!

Pensacola Positivity Mission:

To be a connecting resource for local entrepreneurial efforts and non-profits to maximize effectiveness and reach through collaborative projects including positive themed markets and events.

Our Story

The Pensacola Positivity Board was born during the Pandemic of 2020. We found that we are able to be a resource and fill a need that goes beyond encouraging local economic recovery and elevating our local level of positivity during times of crisis. We will continue to serve our community and elevate the potential impact of community collaborations with the help of supporters that share our grassroots philosophy and passion for this community.

The Pensacola Positivity Board is composed of people who believe strongly in being part of the positive changes necessary to continuously improve our community and the lives impacted locally. The Board consists of experienced professionals, community and nonprofit leaders and market vendors, being the first governing or hosting organization within the Downtown Palafox Markets community to give the vendors a voice in decision making that impacts the markets they are an integral part of and add to the uniqueness of what makes Pensacola unique.

We need help to keep prices low for vendors, free for non-profits and to grow the collaborative community. We will truly be good stewards of any tax deductible donations made through PensacolaCAN. Thank you for your consideration of supporting Pensacola Positivity.
